  • RETURN YOUR ORDER

    Free returns and exchanges for online purchases postmarked within 30 days from the delivery date, subject to item eligibility. 

    To initiate your return or exchange, enter your order number found in your order confirmation email on our contact form.

  • You can reach us anytime via our contact page.

  • You can cancel any order within 30 minutes of placing it during normal business hours (8am-7pm EST). After this 30-minute period, or outside of normal business hours, we will not be able to cancel or modify your order. We ask that you return the package to us after it has been delivered.

  • Sales tax is applied to your order in accordance with individual state and local regulations depending on the shipping address.
